The annual COA International Academic Conference was held in National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) in November 14th to 17th.
It was a great honor for Bonss to be involved in this conference, and successfully organized a symposium at the exhibition booth.

Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy Technique is applicable to degenerative lesions of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. Different from single channel of PTED, this technique typically establishes two channels, one for view and another for instruments. The view channel generally uses 0° or 30° arthroscopy, and the instruments channel can provide channel for regular spinal and arthroscopic instruments such as UBE curettes, UBE endoscopic drills, UBE endoscopic shaver blades, UBE endoscopic RF plasma electrodes, UBE punch, UBE root retractor and so on. There is specific instrument package for UBE operation. The microscopic fusion surgery can also be performed by UBE technology.
1. UBE endoscope has a smaller diameter, to provide a larger operating space and wider moving range.
2. The regular conventional spinal instruments can work for UBE surgery. No special instruments are needed. By the regular conventional spinal instruments, it is more efficient in treating hyperplastic degeneration tissues.
