  (1)Frequent urinations

  The frequency of urination was early symptom, the times of nocturnal urine increased, but the amount of urine per time was not much. After detrusor decompensation, chronic urinary retention occurs, which reduces the effective volume of bladder and shortens the time between urination. If accompanied by bladder stone or infection, the frequency of urine is more obvious, and accompanied by urinary pain.

  (2)Urinary incontinence

  80% of the patients with lower urinary tract obstruction had acute or urgent urinary incontinence.
